About

The story behind Center Yourself

Center Yourself is an initiative to help others calm their emotions and be more balanced in life.

When in balance we live more honestly, happily and at ease. This will not only calm our emotions but also those of the people around us. We are energy and we can share the energies we hold in our tiny circles.

Vision

I believe we are all connected in some way, yet we are also our own islands with a set of our own instruments. If we are balanced and centered, we are kind to ourselves and others. This will bring peace and calmness around us.

My goal is to reach individuals who are ready to tap into their greater and balanced self, to grow and to help others grow.

The world can seem too big for one person to change for the better, but it is possible to change ourselves, to have our own emotions in check. With a centered self we can change our tiny world around us.

Mission

My mission is to show others how to center themselves again, so that together we can heal the world and bring it back into balance.

How I work

On YouTube I offer meditations, breath work and tapping lessons, affirmations and soothing ambient sounds to help others find their balance throughout the day (and night).

On that channel, on Substack and through this website I share courses and articles about routines, helpful tips and more, that help others understand the importance of a centered self, how to get there and how to maintain it.

Working together

Center Yourself grows by collaborating with people and initiatives that share the same values: workshops, retreats and programmes for women, by women.
